The traffic looks perfect because it is perfect.

It’s just not true.

What we are building

Setpoint Security is an early-stage R&D company building detection and verification systems for industrial control environments.

We are translating that research into practical tools and, over time, products. We are not there yet. We are building carefully.

Traditional ICS/OT security is built to observe networks and detect suspicious behavior. Setpoint Security is built to govern which commands are allowed to become physical effects in the first place — and to prove whether the resulting physical changes actually match permitted intent.

Traditional tools ask whether the traffic looks abnormal; we ask whether reality was allowed to change.

That is a much harder problem. It is also the one that actually matters.
